SAN ANTONIO - Genesis Networks' achievements and growth were nationally recognized this year as the Hispanic Business Magazine named the company among its 500 Top Hispanic Businesses in 2005.

The publication puts out its list every year, taking into account company size, revenue and growth. Genesis Networks earned the number 297 ranking.

Notably, Genesis joined the ranks amidst a year of record-breaking success for the top Hispanic businesses. The publication's Web site notes that last year, cumulative revenues for the 500 posted their best revenue growth performance since 1996.

Hispanic Business Magazine Editor and Publisher Jesus Chavarria explains the significance of these top companies' successes, stating, "Together the 500 typify the best and the brightest in Hispanic enterprise. Generally, they're young firms with great potential for future growth. And they're a major force driving the expansion of Hispanic net worth in the United States."
