December 2003 - For Immediate release
Genesis Networks, Inc, in conjunction with Goodman Networks, Inc (Gnet), was
selected by SBC subsidiary ASI in September 2003 to perform a complete network-wide
asset audit with the completion date slated for December 2003. This enormous
undertaking covers thousands of network elements spread across the United States
and represents a new and sweeping desire of large companies to have a complete
and accurate inventory of their network assets.
Why did ASI choose Gnet/Genesis?
In meeting the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, ASI needed
an audit partner with a reputation for independence, objectivity,
and unwavering quality control. In
addition, ASI needed an audit partner whose personnel were familiar with communications
and data networking principals and equipment to fully and quickly ascertain
network element types and functions. Finally, ASI's partner
had to have a solid track
record of quickly ramping up a large and well-coordinated nationwide project
team comprised of highly skilled and dedicated team members.
