SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- July 15, 2010 -- Genesis Networks, a provider of network, IT, and supply chain solutions to the communications industry, has completed an investment in Austin Tele-Services, LP (ATS), based in Austin, Texas. ATS is a provider of IT, IP and telecommunications equipment, asset recovery solutions and reverse logistics services. With this acquisition, ATS will operate as a subsidiary of Genesis Networks.
